1. 关于本条款
本条款是你与 Judy Ma（以妥妥签 Tuovaly 名义经营，加拿大安大略省渥太华）之间的协议。使用 tuovaly.com 或 tuovaly.ca、加入等候名单或参加测试版，即表示你同意本条款。个人信息的处理方式见隐私政策。
2. 妥妥签是什么，不是什么
- 妥妥签是旅游签证的自动化申请准备和信息工具：提供一般信息、材料清单，以及缺漏和前后不一致的检查。测试版还会根据你提供的材料和回答，生成填表指引和固定格式的说明信模板。
- 我们不是律师事务所，妥妥签提供的不是法律意见，使用妥妥签不会形成律师与客户关系。我们不在任何使领馆、签证中心或政府机构面前代表你。
- 我们不评估获批可能性，也不保证任何结果。 签证决定只由相关机构作出。
- 我们与任何政府机构无关，包括使领馆、签证中心（如 VFS Global）、France-Visas、美国国务院和加拿大移民局（IRCC）。
- 如果你的情况需要专业判断（例如曾经逾期停留、被遣返或有犯罪记录），妥妥签会建议你咨询律师，不会为你准备申请。
3. 谁可以使用
你必须年满 18 岁。测试期间：你必须住在魁北克以外的加拿大地区，持有邀请中说明的合格身份，且不是中国大陆居民。只有在你依法有权代表他人时，才可以上传他人的材料。
4. 你的责任
- 如实提供。 信息要准确、完整。我们不会帮你隐瞒或修改真实情况（例如以前的拒签）。签证申请中提供虚假信息，可能导致拒签和今后入境受限。
- 逐项核对。 自动生成的内容可能有错。递交前，请把每个答案和说明信与原件核对，有错就改。
- 你自己递交，自己负责。 申请由你本人填写和递交，你对内容和你签署的声明负责。
- 以官方为准。 要求和费用会变化。申请或预订不可退款的机票酒店前，请在使领馆、签证中心或政府官网确认。
- 不要滥用。 不要上传你无权分享的内容，不要试图破坏服务或让服务过载，不要用来准备虚假或欺诈性的申请。
5. AI 和自动化处理
妥妥签用 AI 模型读取材料、生成内容，用另一个 AI 模型审核，用固定规则执行检查。测试期间创始人会核对有没有错漏，但不提供个人建议。AI 可能读错或出错，所以第 4 条要求你逐项核对。
6. 费用
自查、等候名单和测试版都免费，以后也不会因为测试版的案子向你收费。如果以后推出付费服务，会有单独的条款，你需要在付款前同意。
7. 第三方服务和链接
我们可能链接到使领馆、签证中心、保险公司或其他第三方。我们不控制它们，也不对它们的服务、价格或内容负责。推广披露： 部分链接（例如旅行保险）可能让我们获得佣金，你的价格不变。任何符合签证要求的保险都可以；推广链接不会影响我们的检查或材料清单。
8. 你的内容和我们的内容
你的材料和信息仍归你所有。你允许我们只为向你提供服务，以及按隐私政策制作匿名统计而使用它们。网站、清单、规则、模板和软件归我们所有；你可以把自己的准备包用于你自己的申请。
9. 责任限制
在法律允许的范围内：本服务按"现状"提供，不作任何保证（包括适合特定用途）；我们不对拒签、延误、机票或预订费用、收入损失或任何间接损失负责；我们就与本服务有关的任何索赔对你承担的总责任，不超过 100 加元。本条款不排除或限制任何依法（包括消费者保护法）不能排除或限制的权利或责任。
10. 停止使用
你可以随时停止使用妥妥签或退出测试版，我们会按隐私政策删除你的测试版文件。我们也可以随时停止或拒绝某个案子（例如信息看起来不真实，或不在服务范围内），或修改、结束测试版。
11. 修改
我们可能修改本条款，届时会更新上面的日期；如有重大修改，会提前通过邮件通知等候名单和测试版用户。之后继续使用，即表示你接受新条款。
12. 适用法律和争议
本条款适用安大略省法律及在该省适用的加拿大联邦法律。除非消费者保护法允许你在别处起诉，争议由安大略省法院管辖。如有投诉，请先发邮件到 hello@tuovaly.com，我们会在 30 天内尽力解决。

本条款有英文和中文版本，如有不一致，以英文版为准。

1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Judy Ma, operating as Tuovaly (妥妥签), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada ("we", "us"). By using tuovaly.com or tuovaly.ca, joining the waitlist or taking part in the beta, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
2. What Tuovaly is and isn't
- Tuovaly is an automated application-preparation and information tool for visitor visas. It provides general information, document checklists and checks for missing or inconsistent information. In the beta, it also provides a form-filling guide and a fixed cover-letter template based on the documents and answers you provide.
- We are not a law firm, and Tuovaly is not legal advice. Using Tuovaly does not create a lawyer–client relationship. We do not represent you before any consulate, visa centre or government.
- We do not assess your chances of approval and we do not guarantee any outcome. Visa decisions are made only by the relevant authorities.
- We are not affiliated with any government, consulate, visa centre (e.g., VFS Global), France-Visas, the US Department of State or IRCC.
- Where your situation needs professional judgement (for example a previous overstay, removal or criminal record), Tuovaly will tell you to consult a lawyer and will not prepare an application.
3. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. During the beta: you must live in Canada outside Quebec, hold the eligible status described in your invitation, and not reside in mainland China. You may only upload another person's documents if you are legally authorized to act for them.
4. Your responsibilities
- Be truthful. Give accurate, complete information. We will not help you leave out or change true facts (for example, a previous refusal). False information on a visa application can lead to refusal and future entry bans.
- Check everything. Automated outputs can contain errors. Before you submit, compare every answer and the cover letter with your original documents, and correct anything that's wrong.
- You submit, you are responsible. You fill in and submit your application yourself, and you are responsible for its content and for any statements you sign.
- Check official sources. Requirements and fees change. Always confirm on the official consulate, visa-centre or government website before you apply or pay for non-refundable bookings.
- Don't misuse the service. Don't upload content that isn't yours to share, try to break or overload the service, or use it to prepare false or fraudulent applications.
5. AI and automated processing
Tuovaly uses AI models to read documents and draft outputs, a second AI model to review them, and fixed rules for the checks. During the beta, a founder checks results for errors, but gives no personal advice. AI can misread or make mistakes; that's why section 4 requires you to check everything.
6. Fees
The self-checks, the waitlist and the beta are free. We will not charge you later for a beta case. If we introduce paid services, they will have separate terms that you must accept before paying.
7. Third-party services and links
We may link to consulates, visa centres, insurers or other third parties. We don't control them and are not responsible for their services, prices or content. Affiliate disclosure: some links (for example, travel insurance) may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. Any insurance meeting the visa requirements is acceptable, and affiliate links never affect our checks or checklists.
8. Your content and ours
You keep ownership of your documents and information. You give us permission to use them only to provide the service to you and to create anonymous statistics, as described in the Privacy Policy. The website, checklists, rules, templates and software belong to us; you may use your own packet for your own application.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose.
- We are not liable for visa refusals, delays, travel or booking costs, lost income or any indirect or consequential loss.
- Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to CAD $100.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including consumer protection law.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using Tuovaly or withdraw from the beta at any time, and we'll delete your beta files as described in the Privacy Policy. We may stop or refuse a case (for example, if information appears false or the case is outside our scope), or change or end the beta, at any time.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for material changes, notify waitlist and beta participants by email before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the new terms.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Unless consumer protection law gives you the right to go elsewhere, disputes go to the courts of Ontario. If you have a complaint, please email us first at hello@tuovaly.com; we'll try to resolve it within 30 days.
13. Language
These terms are available in English and Chinese. If they conflict, the English version governs.
